I utilize an integrative approach, including supportive psychotherapy in each session. My therapeutic style is eclectic, holistic, humanistic, and identity-affirming. I have completed post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and internal family systems therapy, with advanced training in ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
My focus is on providing person-first, trauma-informed psychotherapy from an anti-oppression lens. Sessions may weave in various therapy models, including archetypal work, mindfulness-based therapy, somatic (body-focussed) therapy, & Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy when and where appropriate.
Preparation Therapy focuses on helping you to set intentions, understand potential experiences, and mentally prepare for the journey ahead.
Integration Therapy supports you in processing your experiences after the journey, helping you to weave insights gained during your psychedelic sessions into your daily life and personal growth.
